A program of research and development that integrates teachers, developers and researchers as a team in a process of developing educational technology solutions. This collaboration creates an opportunity to create distinctive solutions, relevant to our “new normal,” which necessitates redefining education for the future.
Each team member enriches the entire staff: Educators – with their deep familiarity with contemporary educational challenges; Researchers – in their discovery and understanding of new trends; Developers and designers – with their agile development of innovative technological solutions. Each team is advised by experts (from industry and the academy) who are involved in relevant areas.
Each team explores the meeting points between pedagogical opportunities and innovative technologies, and together direct the stages of design, development and piloting of educational solutions. From the very beginning of the process, the face-to-face relationship that is fostered between the different disciplinary experts makes possible a very precise product development process, which bridges the gap between the various fields of expertise.
The design-develop-pilot process is circular, with the goal of learning from user-generated data in real-time, throughout the entire process. This approach allows for flexibility and quick response time, which enable the rapid evaluation and development of new ideas.
Throughout the entire process each team receives pedagogical, technological and commercial mentoring, according to the distinctive needs of each project.
